<title>Try Something Different ... A Day of Calm and Relaxation</title>
		<link>http://www.doncastercsep.org.uk/newsarticle-119.htm</link>
<description>Learn hand, finger and lower arm massage.
This is a very gentle massage using moisturising cream. Working on the carpal tunnel in the lower arms increases the blood flow around the body, and stimulates the lymph glands. This can help reduce puffiness and stiffness in hands and fingers with regular massage. (Cream included in the course materials). This gentle, stroking massage - working on the muscles of the shoulder, neck and upper back. It promotes general relaxation and can help with tension in the back of the neck. With regular treatment this massage can help with stress.
