Network Events – DWP ESF Prime contractors and the Third and Private Sectors
It has been released that the DWP procurement approach for the 2007-13 ESF programme will follow the Prime contractor model.
However, it is absolutely clear that in order to engage with and meet the diverse needs of the key ESF target groups, outlined in the Yorkshire and Humber ESF specifications, successful Prime contractors will need to work closely with specialist providers, including the voluntary and community sector.
