The awarding authority and its partners invite detailed proposals from suitably equipped and experienced organisations to research and develop a vision, strategy and action plan that will allow the authority to maximise the economic impact of the airport.
We understand that it may be unlikely that any one organisation will be able to deliver this contract in its entirety. Therefore we would consider a joint submission from interested organisations that could deliver the entire brief, though we would prefer to establish one organisation that the Council would contract with.
