Tendering Basics

With more and more companies seeking business through tendering making a decision to commit your time and resources to respond to a tender advert needs to be well-considered and thought through.

This workshop will enable participants to have a basic understanding of the procurement and commissioning process and the implications that tendering may have for their business. 

Who should attend?

Business owners, directors and managers who are thinking about or are already actively tendering.

What will it cover?

By the end of the session you will:

  • Have an understanding of Procurement & Commissioning processes
  • Understand the implications tendering may have on your business
  • Have the knowledge of what is required to participate in the tendering process.
  • Be able to make an informed decision as to whether tendering is right for your business
  • Have the knowledge to find out where to find tender opportunities.
