Contract Risk Management & Planning

This course will explore why the organisation wants/needs to take on the contract, what the considerations are at the tendering point and the processes involved in determining risk. It will also look at how this applies to managing a contract, what needs to be in place to manage it successfully, and the impact of failing to deliver.
The course will also cover contingency planning eg. what do you do if key staff leave.
