Doncaster Partnership for Carers
Doncaster Partnership for Carers supports adults living in Doncaster who give care / support to a partner, family member or friend who has a physical, sensor, learning disability, mental health problem or frail.
We can support carer’s by offering information, advocacy support, a listening ear and training.
Carers can contact us direct or can be referred. Support can be given over the telephone, at one of our Outreach’s that we hold in various localities throughout Doncaster, our carer’s centre, in their own home, or another suitable venue.
Our quarterly Newsletter keeps carer’s up to date with events local and national and we hold social events such as coffee mornings, trips, garden parties for carer’s to enjoy and information events to raise the profile of carer’s
We are a voice for the carer’s of Doncaster, representing carer’s interests on health and social care boards and groups.
Our service is FREE confidential and non judgmental.
