HYPER (Healthy Young People Eat Responsibly) is an exciting educational initiative we have developed in order to engage with young people and teach them about the work we do.
We have developed a training programme which starts off with important topics such as Food Waste vs Food Poverty and then moves on to the Eat Well Plate, the five different food catagories, food labelling, eating a balanced diet, portion size, importance of exercising, drinking plenty of water etc.
