Key Fund Yorkshire is seeking a special individual to lead its Board of Directors.
In the last nine years Key Fund Yorkshire has made a significant impact on the Social Economy in the region, delivering new and innovative approaches to financing community regeneration and social inclusion. The directors are now anxious to add to their number as part of a wider progressive/succession plan at non-executive and executive levels, and are seeking to appoint a:
Chair Designate
£5000 per annum + expenses
Recruited initially as a Director, the appointed individual will work with the current Chair, Directors, Members of the Company and the Chief Executive Officer with a view to assuming full Chair responsibilities no later than December 2008. An annual payment of £5000 will accompany the role plus general expenses.
