Free Personality Profiling offered by the Social Enterprise Team, Doncaster CVS and Inova Consultancy

As a result of the success of last year’s project and the excellent feedback from participants; the Social Enterprise Team at Doncaster CVS in partnership with Inova Consulting are pleased to offer you a further opportunity to have your personality profiled.
What is Personality Profiling?
Personality profiling helps you recognise your personality strengths and weaknesses at work or in business in an objective way. You are able to understand how you can use your strengths to get the best out of your business.
What do you have to do?
It’s a 2 stage process, firstly you will be asked to complete a questionnaire which takes approximately 15 minutes and can be done on-line. If you don’t have access to the internet we can organise this for you. The questionnaire covers 3 main areas, Relationships with People, Approach to Work, Emotions and Motivation.
The second stage is to attend an individual and confidential feedback session with Inova’s work psychologist to discuss the results of your questionnaire. You will be given a report and summary profile to take away to use as you wish.
The feedback sessions will be held at Doncaster CVS and are being held on the following days between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm in hourly slots.
Monday 1st February/Monday 8th February/Monday 1st March
